I am super pleased with the iphone case i bought.
The quality is great, design is nice and the good experience started from the box.
They think on a REAL sustainbale way.
I would highly recommend the brand to family and friends.

Terrible experience

I have used agood company for my last three phones and have always liked the company’s focus on circularity, particularly the ability to return and recycle old cases. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I tried to use the agood loop service to return my previous cases, but the recycling process was not clearly explained on the website. I contacted them several times for clarification, but it took weeks to receive a response. When I eventually sent the cases back, the package was not accepted, and despite contacting the company several times to find out why, I received no response.

When my new case finally arrived, it was covered in scratches, so I contacted customer service again. It then took almost a week to receive a response, and I am still waiting for the replacement case to arrive. I was told it was posted on 16/09, but it has still not arrived.

What is particularly frustrating is that I chose this company because of its sustainability and circular approach, but the experience of trying to actually use the recycling service and resolve problems has been very poor.

After using the company for three phones, I am disappointed to say that I will not be purchasing from them again.
